Christmas approaches…

As Christmas fast approaches there is much to do on the domestic front.

As such I have decided to close the lid on the computer until next week, but may I wish you all a very Merry Christmas. May your goose be fat, your pudding rich and for gods sake, take it easy with the Sherry.

My thanks to Lawson Narse for the image above.

A final thought, as convicted perjurer Tommy Sheridan heads home for Christmas instead of jail, spare a moment to ponder just where this poor lad will spend his Christmas, courtesy of our authoritarian state masters.

Just another of those straws which the state keeps laying upon our patience?. There surely cannot be straining room for many more straws next year, as more people begin to express their anger.

His extensive overseas experiences have made him all too aware of how the UK interacts with its near neighbours, its place in the Commonwealth, and how our nation fits into the wider world. He is determined to rebuild many of the friendships and commercial relationships with other nations that have been sadly neglected over the years, and would like to see greater energy and food security in these countries, for the benefit of all. Ian is a vocal advocate of small government, individual freedom, low taxation and a minimum of regulation. Ian believes deeply and passionately in freedom and independence in all areas of life, and is now bringing his professional experiences to bear in the world of politics.
